Production:
The grapes are gently pressed to attain a free-run juice thatferments at a low temperature, thus preserving the aromatic propertiestypical of each variety.

Aroma:
Notes of white fruits in which citrusand floral nuances linge. A sensation of freshness and youthfulness.

Palate:
Smooth and balanced by a fineacidic structure. Fruity undertones of green apple and pineapple. Lingers pleasantly on the palate.
