Production::
The grapes are gentlypressed to attain a free-run juice that ferments at low temperature, there by preserving the aromatic properties typical
of each variety.

Aroma:
Hints of very ripe tropical fruit, in which citrus nuances linger.

Palate:
Long and lingering. Balanced by a fine acidic structure, fruity undertones of
banana and pineapple linger pleasantly on the palate.
