Jana&Jofre Chardonnay is a monovarietal wine from the Tarragona region. It is a fruity, non-aged wine (“sin crianza”). It aims to be an elegant wine which can be enjoyed thanks to its combination of freshness and fragances.
It is presented in a 3-litre Wineintube format. This elegant packaging protects the product from light and keeps it in perfect condition up to 8 weeks after being opened. Furthermore, it preserves the temperature once out of the fridge as it has an inner aluminium layer.
Young white wine produced with Chardonnay grapes, selected and picked at the beginning of September and fermented in steel tanks.
Aspect
Shiny colour and golden reflections.
Flavour
Floral aroma with a strong presence of citrus and tropical flavours.
Tannin
Fresh wine with good acidity and a structure that provides a mouth-filling feeling accompanied by tropical flavours such as melon and pineapple.
Adequate for
Works fine as an aperitif with mild cheese, salads, fish soups and creams. Good accompaniment for pasta with fine and creamy sauces. It is ideal for pairing with salmon, shell fish and smoked fish. As for meat, it adapts very well to not very cooked dishes, barbecues and oven-cooked dishes.
